348 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 348's services. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 348 platform — whether via website or mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 348 as the platform provider. 348 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is permitted by law.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 348 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure. 348 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 348 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to user negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using the 348 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law. This includes, but is not limited to, money laundering, identity fraud, attempting to hack the system, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform.
The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools intended to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. 348 reserves the right to investigate and take action against any account suspected of engaging in such activity.
Users are also prohibited from distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or incites hatred through any communication channel on the platform. 348 reserves the right to remove such content and suspend or close the relevant account without prior notice.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 348 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through supported payment methods registered in your own name. Using third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits and withdrawals and are subject to change from time to time. Current limits can be viewed in your account settings after logging in. 348 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers during transaction processing.
Withdrawals require full identity verification before funds can be released. 348 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for anti-money laundering compliance purposes and may request additional documentation from the user. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may range from a few minutes to several business days.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
348 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to in-game losses, service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and 348 makes no guarantee that services will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure
348 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated any provision of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a way that compromises other users or the integrity of the system. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Users who disagree with an account closure decision may submit an appeal through our customer support channels.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 348 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the property of 348 or its licensors. No content may be copied, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 348.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links
The 348 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 348 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk, and you are advised to review their terms and privacy policies before use.
Changes to Terms
348 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via in-platform notices. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. Should negotiation fail, both parties agree to refer the matter to the appropriate courts in Malaysia. For enquiries regarding these terms, you may reach us at: [email protected].
